We are sad to announce that, on October 23, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Betty Young in Virginia Beach, Virginia, born in Newport, Rhode Island. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Seaman and Mabel Seaman (Davis); her husband Melvin Young; her sister Helen Evans; her children, Toni Watts (James) of Franklin, VA and William Freeman (Elaine) of Warwick, RI.; and her grandchildren, Andre'Watts of Baltimore, MD, William Watts of Virginia Beach, VA, Lisa Butler of Norfolk, VA, Brittany Freeman of Middletown, RI and William Freeman (JR) of Riverside, RI.. She was also cherished by 10 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Please do not send flowers. If you wish to donate to a charity in her name that would be fine but she would say to save your money.
