She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Myers Bowman and Louis O. Bowman, Sr.; her husband Charles G. Nusbaum, Sr.; and her brother Louis O. Bowman, Jr. (Nusbaum). She is survived by: her sons, Charles G. Nusbaum, Jr. (Kimberly Ann (Kim)) of Denver, CO and John M. Nusbaum (Alexandra Schmertz (Lexy)) of Rye, NY.; her grandchildren, Alexander Nusbaum of Denver, CO, Olivia Nusbaum of Boulder, CO, Oliver, Felix Nusbaum of Boston, MA and Jasper Nusbaum of Manhattan; her sister-in-law Eve Bowman of Richmond, VA; and her cousins, Cynthia and Stuart Katz of Norfolk, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Westminster-Canterbury (3100 Shore Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23451). Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
