She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis O'Duggan (Murray) and John Terrance O'Duggan; and her siblings, Shiela O'Duggan Luttazi, Donnell O'Duggan and Terrance O'Duggan.
She is survived by: her son Daniel Nelson (Michael Richard) of Virginia Beach. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel (3600 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23452). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
