We are sad to announce that, on December 6, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Catherine (Cate) Agnes Smart Caley of Virginia Beach, Virginia, born in Boston, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Caley; her daughters, Sarah Bell and Emily Bell; her parent Dustin Bell; her grandmother Terry Abrams; her parent Peter Smart; her sister Nicole Smart Meyer; her pet Chappy; her uncles, Frank Perkins (Jean Bryan) and Aggie Fletcher (Peggy Harrison); and her cousins, Richard, Beth Smart, William, Karen Smart, Dennis, Tracy Smart, Patricia Pascarelli and Robin Perkins Parnell.

In lieu of flowers, Cate would have preferred a donation in remembrance of her to one of her favorite charities: ASPCA, The Humane Society, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Southside Chapel 5033 Rouse Drive.
