It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy Davis Pulley of Virginia Beach, Virginia, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William S. Davis and Eleanor L. Davis. She is survived by: her husband Ragan; her brother William S. Davis (Angela); her nephew William S. Davis III (Stephenie); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sean-Aidan and Kennedy; her cousins, Carol Thompson and Nancy Browner; her son Bo (Kristin); her grandchildren, Hannan and Hollin (Sean); and her great grandchild Townes.
