She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Davitt and Mary Lojewski; her husband Bobby K. Thomas; her siblings, William H. Davitt, Gerard A. Davitt and Joan M. Bowe; and her grandsons, Stuart Shimkus, Joseph Felix, Daniel Felix and Julian Felix.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Thomas, Jenifer Felix of Philadelphia and Karen Thomas of Somers Point, NJ; her grandchildren, John T. Shimkus, Vincent Felix, Anthony Felix, Dylan French, Martin Felix, Sebastian Felix and Frances Felix; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Felix, Sunshine Lorenc-French, Andrea Felix and Josette Coll-Felix.
Donations may be made in Cecilia's name to the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore.
