It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Merryman (Virginia Beach, Virginia), who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Elsa Joslin Sallé (Mickey); his parents, Grace Merryman Addison Salle' and Julian Anderson Salle'; and his siblings, James Addison Salle', Mary Salle Tyler and Stephen Brice Salle.

He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth Salle Ross; and his brother-in-law Fielding Lewis Tyler. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
