He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Chase and Wilda Pauline Garrison. He is survived by: his brothers, John and Mark; his nieces, Kimberly Lane (Christopher) and Kristen Reece (Matthew); his cousins, Karol Messick (Karen), Sharon Lamb (William), Mary Morris (Michael) and Nancy Miller (Craig); his stepdaughter Cay Warren (Dan); and his pet Virginia.
