He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Earnest "Reeves" Testerman, Kenneth "Smoke" Starr and G. Dolores Testerman. He is survived by : his parents, Reeves E. "Buddy" Testerman and Sandra L. "Sandy" Testerman; his wife Honey Lynn Testerman (Snedeker); his children, Richard Guizar and Leandra Walters (Cortland); his grandson Colt Walters; his sister Dawn Givens (Chris); his niece Kirsten Givens; his grandmother Gay Starr; and his uncles, Harry Edward "Eddie" Testerman, Ronald Dean "Ronnie" Testerman and Earnest David "Ernie" Testerman. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zellman Funeral Home (123 S Washington St, Havre De Grace, MD 21078). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
