She is survived by: her parents, David G. Powell and Rose M. Frandino Powell of Virginia Beach, VA.; her husband Jason Smith; her sisters, Kathleen Clark of Virginia Beach and Cheryl Hinson (Ron) of Virginia Beach; her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Zimmer (Matthew), Jack Clark, III, Matthew Hinson (Erin), Megan Hinson, Isaac and Genevieve Zimmer; Rachael. She is also survived by Goddaughter along with great nieces.
