It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Renee James (Virginia Beach, Virginia), born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Leroy Capers; and her brother Chucky. She is survived by: her mother Charlene Capers (Davis); her daughters, Chante and Kimberly; her grandchildren, Shawn, Daniel, Tatianna, Jason and Ellis; her brother Leroy Capers III; her sister-in-law Ivette Capers; and her aunt Belle Brown. She is also survived by loving cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.
