She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Ouderkirk and Frances T. Nocery; and her stepfather George Nocery. She is survived by: her husband Bradley Balch; her daughters, Erin Richburg (Derek) and Sarah Balch; her granddaughters, Aurora and Emberly Richburg; her siblings, Mia Berube, Robin Collins (Steve), George Nocery (Glenda) and Dean Nocery (Shauna); her sisters-in-law, Becky Ford (David) and Amy Iwasaki (John); her siblings' children, Suzanne Carafano, Chris Ford, Melanie Cobb, Amanda Gauger, Cara Iwasaki, Johanna Meza and Mason Nocery; and her friends, Ava Borden (Keith) and Carol Fels.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Debi's name to the Crisis Pregnancy Center.
