It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Liptrap (Virginia Beach, Virginia), who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Lee Parker, Sr. and Clara Frost Ballance; her brother Wilbur Lee Parker, Jr.; and her husband John M. Liptrap. She is survived by: her sister Cynthia Parker Biggs (Edward); her nephews, Chad Ray Biggs (Christopher Creech) and Jeremy Lee Parker (Lisa); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sabre Duncan (Travis), Kylen and Elijah Parker; her stepfather William Preston Ballance; Nova Harrell.
