He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Holt and Beulah Holt; and his brother Lou. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Jennifer and David; his grandchildren, Jordan, Heaven and Kristin; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Rhea and Kayleigh; and his in-laws, Michael and Alice. He is also survived by loving family members and dear friends.
