He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Decker and Horace Decker. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his children, Stephen Decker (Dawn) of Indianapolis, IN and Angela Decker (Paul) of Virginia Beach, VA; and his parents-in-law, Aubrey and Sybil Harrington. He is also survived by his family and friends.
