She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Montague Wade. She is survived by: her children, Phillip M. Wade, Jr. (Kim) of Virginia Beach, Terry Wade Blaher (Tony) of Virginia Beach and R. Vincent Wade (Carol) of Chesapeake; her grandchildren, Ashlee Hawley (Rob) of Virginia Beach and Benjamin Wade (Brittany) of Moyock, NC.; and her great grandchildren, Joshua Hawley, Taylor and Phillip Wade. She is also survived by "Nan" loved life, her family, church and her friends.
