He is survived by: his parents, Derald Smith and Frances Smith; his brothers, Bill and Lee; his sons, Shayne and David; his stepdaughter Angelica; and his grandchildren, Skylar, Avery, Josiah, Raegan, Cohen, Ezekiel and Shayne Jr.. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
