He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kay Ives Disharoon; his children, MaryAnn Lafler (Matthew), Michael Preston Disharoon (Kelly), Matthew Taylor Disharoon and Mark Edward Disharoon; his grandchildren, Brady, Claire, Charlotte Lafler, Press and Stallings Disharoon; his brother J. Paul Disharoon (Barbara); his niece Amy; his nephew Stephen; his sister-in-law Margaret Lewis (Harlan); and his nieces and nephews, Grayson, Jordan and Megan.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Laskin Road Chapel (2002 Laskin Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454).
