He is survived by: his wife Lena Fay Capps; his children, Edwin Capps, Jr. (Ulla), Theresa Royer (Allan) and Lorrie Bratcher (David); his grandchildren, David Royer, Edwin Capps III (Danielle), Adam Capps (Emily), Kendra Dement (Dustin), Lindsey Royer, Jason Capps (Jennifer), William Bratcher and Natalie Bratcher; and his sister Phyllis Warren. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
