With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine G. Carty of Virginia Beach, Virginia, born in Somers Point, New Jersey, who passed away on September 22, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfield Mauger and Dorotha Sara Mauger; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Gill and Paula Mauger. She is survived by: her children, Donna Athanasatos (Dan), Douglas Carty and Maryanne Maslanik; her granddaughters, Chelsey Touw (Dustin) and Brianna Carty (Chelsey Bates); her great grandchildren, Aliyah, Matthew, Ryleigh and Amari; and her siblings, W. Scott Mauger and Leila Gill. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
