She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Audrey Mae McCoy and Herbert McCoy; her sister Victoria Hope McCoy (Ivy Bell) of Richmond, Texas; and her grandmother Clarinda Mae Carter. She is survived by: her husband Alfred Williams; and her siblings, Cheryl Scarbor of San Antonio, Patricia Creer (Clarence Creer Jr.) of Triadelphia, W. Va, Marilyn Morgan of Detroit, Mich. and Clarence McCoy of Richmond. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
