She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wagner and Ada Wagner; her husband Ernest Jackson Beasley; and her sons, Stanley Beasley and Stacey Beasley.
She is survived by: her family Dolores; her sister Gloria Owen; and her children, Steven Beasley, Marie Kelly and Cynthia Osborne. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Providence Evangelical Friends Church (5340 Providence Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23464). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
