With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Eunice Pate Phelps (Virginia Beach, Virginia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harrell and Eunice Hayden Pate; her husband Wilson Neil Phelps; and her son Wilson Neil Phelps, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Irvin Mark Phelps; her sister Gloria Harrell; and her grandchildren, Paten and Caroline Radier. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rosewood Memorial Park (631 N Witchduck Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462). A reception will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320).
