She is survived by: her daughters, Toni Webb of West Haven, CT, Chinita Webb (Noel) of Va and Vernitta Butts of Va; her siblings, Doris Allen of Va, Joseph Webb Jr. (Roseann) of Willingboro, NJ, James Webb of West Haven, CT, Charles Powell of Allenton, PA and William Webb (Jacqueline) of Rich Square, NC; her grandchildren, Donta Webb of New Haven, CT, Monique Webb of Va, Devin Bethea of Va and Brianna Butts of Va; her aunts, Willie Carter Taylor of Greensboro, NC and Marjorie Webb (Moody) of Washington, DC; her uncle Charles "Touch" Webb of Washington, DC; and her close friend Otella Taylor. She is also survived by nieces nephews, cousins, and friends.
