Armstrong, Sr.; her children, Bridgette Armstrong, Alvin Armstrong, Jr. (Marlo), Sherlane Armstrong Jarrett (Patrick) and Andrae Armstrong (Linsey); her stepson Artuban Mitchell (Bobby); her grandchildren, Keyth Dewitt, Ametrious Armstrong, Ashawna Hall, Nathanael Armstrong, Austin Peoples, Jalyn Brown, Shai'Deja Cooper, Makhia Jarrett, Andraeh Armstrong and Mikael Jarrett; her in-laws, Shirley Outerbridge, Karen Cabbagestalk (Wayne), Roosevelt Armstrong (JoAnn) and Tyrone Armstrong (Ann); and her close friends, Michelle, Brenda Holmes, Katie Jordan and Ann Morris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, church members, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beach Funeral & Cremation Services (4456 Bonney Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Trueway Evangelistic Mission Church (1735 Mt Pleasant Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23323). A burial was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Colonial Grove Memorial Park (3445 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456).
