She is survived by: her sister Lilia Maria Lastra; her children, Jesse Gaines, Jr., Clifton Gaines (Nita), Manuel (Victor), Carmen Amado (Billy), Marlyn Gaines and Lilia Adams (David); her grandchildren, Nicole Amado, Cheryl Amado-Kresge (Kyle), Marques Gaines, Crystal Rodriguez, Rory Robinson, Neshe Ruiz-Gonzalez, Damon Gaines, Sydney Amado-Tuthill (Mandla) and Marissa Gaines; and her great grandchildren, Taina Rodriguez, Joquan Vinson, Javon, Shaun Robinson, Arjun, Tuuli Kethaveth, Mya Gaines, Skye Gaines, Earnest, Jason Jr. Ruiz-Gaines and Panama.
