Florence leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Florence’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Florence will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Jimmie Lee Mondier and Lee Watson; her son Van Mondier; and her granddaughter Casandra Lynn Thomas Brantley. She is survived by: her daughter Christi Thomas (Randy) of Appomattox; and her pet Abby. She is also survived by five grandsons, three granddaughters, three great grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Princess Anne Chapel (3445 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456).
