She is survived by: her children, Steve (Carol) and Brenda (Ann); her granddaughters, Catherine Kessler (John) and Elizabeth Phelps (Kyle); her brother Richard Hofler (Kay); her nephews, Derek (Jenny) and Ian Hofler (Kristen); and her great grandchild Will.
Fran devoted many hours to her beloved volunteer work, including Thalia Methodist Church (as a long-time member), Make-a-Wish Foundation and CHKD.
