He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Earl and Mildred Ange Spencer; his wife Fleda Peerman Spencer; his brothers, Marvin Earl Jr. (Alice) and Gerald Carlyle Spencer; and his brothers-in-law, Phillip C.'Phil" Peerman (Anne) and Robert H. "Bob" Peerman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth "Beth" Fischer (Tom), Patricia "Tricia" Bashor and Katherine "Kathy" Hanes (Carl); his grandchildren, Lauren Fischer, Nathan Fischer, Michael Bashor and Sarah Perdue; his great grandchild Damien Bravo; his brother-in-law William H. "Jack" Peerman Jr. (Carollyn); and his close friend Judy Pixton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives.
