He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Ann Speeney; his parents, Frank Speeney and Julia Speeney Lamelza; and his brother Frederick Speeney. He is survived by: his children, David Speeney (Vivian) of Virginia Beach, VA, Francis Speeney (Alicia) of Charleston, SC, Lynn Speeney of Virginia Beach, VA and Robert Speeney (Susan) of Dublin, OH.; his sister Barbara Walker of Tamaqua, PA; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Eric, Michael, Brendon, Anna and Ellie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
