He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Costanza and Anna Mannino Costanza; and his sisters, Carmen Veit and Betty Lombardi. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn F. Costanza; his children, Chris Costanza (Hope) of Chesapeake, Stacey Costanza Moore (Michael) of Hanover, VA and Greg Costanza (Ashely Batkin Costanza) of Norfolk; and his granddaughters, Kayla Costanza, Karlie Costanza and Elizabeth Moore.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Parkinson's Disease Association or to Eastern Shore Rural Health.
