It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Lorenzo Brown of Virginia Beach, Virginia, born in Irwinton, Georgia, who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Obie Brown and Everlner Brown; and his daughter Tawanna Bryant. He is survived by : his wife Valarie Brandenburg Brown; his children, Olivia Brandenburg Brown of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Jamal Brown of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Jade Brown of North Carolina, Jadon (Kristen) of Byron Georgia, Kemarcus Curry, Tameika Curry of Irwinton, Georgia and Nneka Brown of North Carolina; his parents-in-law, Robert and Vergie Walden of LaFollette, TN; his siblings, George Carswell of Gordon and Candace Whipple of Toomsboro, Georgia; his sisters-in-law, Pam Gray of LaFollette, TN and Teresa Carroll of Jacksboro, TN; his adoptive children, Markquis Robinson, Jamila McClean and Navy; and his brother Floyd (Tensey Clark). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
