He is survived by: his family Wayne; his father Cecil Palace Woolwine; his wife Rita Ann (Linkous); his children, Eric Rowe (Nicholas Shiren) and Pamela Woolwine (Roderick MacRae); his grandchildren, Amanda Woolwine Duani (Jordan Duani), Melissa Woolwine, Michael Jones and Hannah Woolwine; and his great grandchildren, Clara, Ryder and Benjamin.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Laskin Road Chapel (2002 Laskin Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454).
