Cuffee; and his siblings, Vivian Joyce Brown (Richard) and David Earl Boone (Tammy). He is also survived by aunts and uncles; and a host of nieces and nephews, along with extended family, special friends, coworkers.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:55 AM at the New Jerusalem Church of God in Christ (118 Bishop Thoroughgood Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23451). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
