He was predeceased by: his parents, Linwood Gray and Mary Gray; his siblings, Rebecca, Linwood, Jr. (Buddy), Marjorie (Ann), Kathryn and Gertrude; and his grandsons, Joshua Reddy and Chuck McCormick.

He is survived by: his close friend Mayre Pritchard; his daughters, Karen Barr and Kelly Gay (Don); his grandchildren, Jennifer Voytilla, Patrick McCormick and Marie McCormick; and his great grandchildren, James and Oliver.
