He is survived by: his wife Frances (Fran); his daughters, Monika Florence Miller (John Miller) and Windsor Florence Lynch (Greg Lynch); his grandchildren, Madeline Miller, Parkman Miller, Layton Miller and William Lynch; and his brother James Holder Florence (Mary). He is also survived by his family and friends.
