He is survived by: his wife Anna S. McCoy (Huffman); his sisters, Letha Houser of Blountville, TN and Laura Wingo of El Paso, TX.; his children, David McCoy (Deb Skittlethorpe) of Puyallup, WA and Diana Golden (Kevin) of Virginia Beach; his grandsons, Joshua McCoy of Puyallup, WA, Zack Golden (Holly Nunn) of Arlington, VA and Tom Golden of Seattle; and his great grandchildren, Rowan and Morgan Golden.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Howard.
