He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Ward and Faye W. Ward of Virginia Beach, VA; and his aunts and uncles, Rita Hayes (Bobby), Edna W. Bland (Hubert), Roger Ward (Jean Dennis Bateman) and Billy Maitland.
He is survived by: his brother Michael Ward (Gloria) of Olney, MD; and his aunts, Joyce Bateman of Columbia, NC and Sharon Maitland of Roper, NC.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Princess Anne Memorial Park (1110 N Great Neck Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454).
