He was predeceased by: his parents, Ila May Locklear and Hersley Jacobs. He is survived by: his sons, Eugene Jacobs (Cindee), Anthony Jacobs, Keith Jacobs (Tracy) and Darrell Jacobs; his grandchildren, Holly, Heath, Keith, Kevin, Cruz, Camden, Marlee and Talon; and his great grandchildren, Rylan, Lyle, Mykala, Leanna, Alex, Christian, Kaya, Kynlee, Gunnar and Bruce.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Azalea Garden Church of God (1541 Centerville Turnpike, Virginia Beach, VA 23464).
