He was predeceased by: his daughter Marian Elizabeth Lancaster. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Lancaster; his children, James Russell Lancaster (Jane) of Baltimore, MD, Geoffrey Russell Lancaster (Sia) of King George, VA and Anne Michelle Lancaster (John) of Sacramento, CA.; and his sister Lois Budlong. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home (5033 Rouse Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23462). A Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (522 High St, Portsmouth, VA 23704).
