He is survived by: his wife Theresia Palmer; his sister Cindy Affholter (Lee) of Hampton; his daughter Christian Hadley (Beach); his grandchildren, Blake Hadley (Amanda), Ryan Hadley (Megan), Andrea Wilson, Haley Boston and Isaac; and his great grandchildren, Aria and Ella.
In lieu of flowers, Jerry asked for donations to be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
