He was predeceased by: his father James S. Skipper. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Hunter (Bill); his children, Wanda Drees and James Timothy Skipper (JoAnn); and his close friends, Jimmy Scruggs and John Overman. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two nieces.
