We are sad to announce that, on May 5, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Jane Lowe Waters (Virginia Beach, Virginia), born in Johnson City, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Brown and Halbert Worth Lowe; and her sister Betty Campbell Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Elliot Waters; her daughters, Teri Waters Pantelakos (Steven) of Fayetteville, NC and Wendy Waters Carr (Robert) of Clinton, NC; her grandchildren, Winston Pantelakos, Wesley Pantelakos, Spell Carr (Francesca) and Edye Carr; her brother Thomas Halbert Lowe (Sandy) of Keswick, VA; and her pet Snuggles. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
She gave her time generously to the King's Daughters Foundation, the Boardwalk Art Show, the hospital PT department, the soup kitchen, PTO, and countless other organizations.
