He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, June Cecil Keeter and Jayne Griffin Keeter; his daughter Blair Jones Hollowell (Todd Hollowell) of Virginia Beach; his siblings, John Morris Keeter of Virginia Beach and Kathryn Brady Keeter of Raleigh, NC; and his cousin George W. Griffin of Orlando, Florida.
