He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Pendleton; and his close friend Elizabeth H Pendleton. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth (Paul Westefer) and Jessica (Andy Parks); his grandchildren, Naya, Divia Parks and Jackson Westefer; his sisters, Anita Cook and Regina Scott; and his in-laws, David and Renate Hillhouse.
