A Celebration of Life will be held at the Fleet Reserve Association Club, 9601 1st View St., Norfolk, VA on Sunday, September 27, 2020 from 2-5 p. m. To participate, a mask is required, as well as social distancing and the allowance of 50 attendants at a time.
