He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Slepecki and Antonina Slepecki (Starzak); and his wife Mary Ann Slepecki (Cmar). He is survived by: his daughters, Marylin Borza (Michael) of Virginia Beach and Audrey Touloumes (Nicholas) of Mechanicsburg; and his sister Bernadette Juraszek of North Huntingdon. He is also survived by four grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
