“To Jon's Family - Some 45 years or so ago, two young lads ended up at Longfellow Middle School in McLean, Virginia. Both had spent more time outside the U.S. than in and, consequently, developed a kindred relationship that, over the years, grew to be a great friendship. Jon was always the better at maintaining the communications, but he always was simply and factually a singular joy in my life! I am happy family is there to carry on his memory, and I will never forget my friend, Jon. Hugh”
