He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Driscoll; and his stepfather Walter Ketteman, Jr.. He is survived by: his close friend Bella; his mother Eleanor DeAngelo Ketteman; his siblings, Robert L. Driscoll of Virginia Beach, Linda Daley of Virginia Beach and Mary Driscoll of Virginia Beach; and his uncle JoeD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home (601 N Witchduck Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rosewood Memorial Park (631 N Witchduck Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462).
