She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred B. Pursell and Ethel Mae Zettlemoyer of Bethlehem, PA.; her husband William "Jack" Horn of Bethlehem; her son Scott A. Horn; and her sister Delores Pursell Schaefer.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela A. Horn of Virginia Beach; her grandchildren, Tyler Doverspike, Riley Horn and Kelly Horn of Laurel, MD; and also Scott Doverspike of Virginia Beach. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
